Scientific Content Manager
International medical communication and strategic marketing agency in the field of oncology, hematology and supportive care, is seeking a Scientific Content Manager due to opening Moscow office.
- Support the development of all assigned projects and live meetings from a content perspective
- Interact with pharmaceutical companies and other clients for discussion of goals, format and content of educational programs
- Develop the content/slides in cooperation with the sponsors and faculty in a timely manner with appropriate referencing
- Provide post-program executive summaries to sponsoring company
- Develop monographs, manuscripts or other enduring materials in line with set objectives
- Assist with the final editing of the print material for final clinical accuracy including appropriate referencing
- Cooperate with all relevant staff to assure timely implementation of scheduled meetings and programs
- Provide regular updates to the Scientific Content Director to be included in the Client updates
- Act as a clinical resource for staff
- Perform all other daily actions with respect to content/clinical management as directed by management
- Provide input and ideas for new business, scientific agendas and content for business development purposes
- Attend mutually agreed upon annual society meetings and other scientific congresses if applicable
- A scientific background in a medical/pharmaceutical/biological field
- Excellent English communication and writing skills
- Experience in pharmaceutical industry, preferably in the field of oncology or hematology
- Able to translate scientific information into attractive practical communication
- A team player
- Pro-active attitude and able to handle stress
